Manager, Claire has dedicated her entire life to care. She joined Limewood Care Home when it opened in 2014 and has been part of the team ever since.  Claire’s enduring enthusiasm and unwavering passion for providing care are palpable throughout the home. Her positive energy serves as the catalyst for cultivating a warm, welcoming, and affectionate community. Claire says

“The most important part to delivering care is understanding that a one size fits all approach won’t work and that each person needs to be at the heart of their own care plan.   Everyone doesn’t fit into a box, and this is a core understanding here at Limewood.  I treat everyone like they are a family member – if you think, would this be right and the best for my mum or dad and the answer is yes, then you know you are doing the right thing.”
